Quick request and location flow
Details entered in the quick request form are not stored in a website database. Selected vehicle, problem, wheel and load information is prepared on the user’s device both in the driver’s language and as a Turkish service summary. Free-text notes are not automatically translated; they are marked and included in the original language. Live location is requested only with the user’s permission and is not sent anywhere before WhatsApp opens. The message is shared only after the user approves sending it in WhatsApp.
Contact information
Phone and WhatsApp details such as location, vehicle and tyre problem are used to assess the service request.
Analytics and maps
The production website may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Maps subject to the visitor’s consent choices.
Data minimisation
Do not send identity documents, card data or unrelated sensitive information in a roadside assistance message.

WhatsApp message and third-party processing
Phone, vehicle, number plate, tyre size, road direction, wheel, load and note fields entered in the quick request are not stored in a customer database on the website server. They are converted into a WhatsApp message on your device. You decide whether to send it; sent content is then processed under Meta/WhatsApp terms and privacy rules.
Live location permission
The browser accesses location only after the user grants permission. Location is not sent to a website server before a WhatsApp message is prepared. Embedded map content is not loaded until the user presses the load-map button. Call 112 instead of using the site when there is immediate danger or injury.
Measurement tools require explicit consent
Google Tag Manager GTM-NFZKBD, Google Analytics 4 G-CS34KF1785 and Yandex Metrica 111253246 load only after “Accept all” is selected. Phone, WhatsApp, map, form and video interactions are delivered to GTM as one dataLayer event without a second direct GA4 transmission. These measurement loaders do not start under “Essential only”.
Storage, withdrawal and requests
The site does not store quick-request fields on its server. Consent, low-data mode, mobile action bar and intro choices may be stored in localStorage or sessionStorage. Provider retention periods follow the relevant account settings and provider policies. Consent can be changed through “Cookie preferences”; access or deletion requests can be sent to the business contact channels.
